Reservations
Reservations submitted through the website are requests until confirmed by Tropical Gardens Hotel Kyenjojo. Confirmation may depend on room availability, deposit status, guest details, and hotel approval.
Rates and Availability
Rates, room types, menus, packages, and availability may change without prior notice. The hotel will confirm the final price and booking details before check-in or payment completion where required.
Payments
Booking deposits may be paid through Pesapal Mobile Money or card checkout when available. A payment is considered received only after the hotel or payment provider confirms successful payment.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate contact and booking information, follow hotel rules, respect staff and other guests, and pay all charges incurred during the stay or event.
Check-In and Identification
The hotel may request identification at check-in. Early check-in, late check-out, and special requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Website Use
Guests may use this website for lawful enquiries, reservations, and hotel communication only. Attempts to disrupt the website, access admin areas without permission, or submit false information are prohibited.
Limitation
Tropical Gardens Hotel Kyenjojo is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect guest information, third-party network issues, payment provider downtime, or events outside reasonable control.
